Question: I have other Performers CD's and the quality is not good.  Is the music really good and good quality?
Yes, this music is very high quality and digitally mastered as well as modern live sounding music.  Of course, everybody's taste is different so we can not guarantee your taste will be exactly as the music that was performed and recorded.  The music has been tested with many songs across a panel of test listeners who have rated the music and that is the positive outcome went into the production of all our Music.

Question: Is there a lot of music on it like other Performers CD's with only 1 or 2 really good songs ?
No, in fact, the music comes with slightly over a  handful of songs all which are excellent  So instead of overloading you with average songs, the songs will be of much better quality.  In addition, there are plans to release several "themed" CD's, The performers can then combine themed works from difference CD's into their performances.

Question: Can I use this music in my Stage or Close UP Magic Show?
Yes, this music comes with a lifetime license for you to use in all your performances.  You must register online or return the registration card with your name.  If you use it in a video or recorded work, you must include copyright scroll in the credits and you are free to use it where you want!

Question: Did you just use or take music from someone else or is this actual new music?
ALL music are completely NEW music, designed, written, played, mastered and recorded and not copied or taken from anywhere or anyone else.  We have spent over 10 years in total time developing this music and take extreme pride in our results.

Question: Is the music like the music in your websites?
No, websites contain only small sample Midi clips of music and are limited time and quality.  The Album CD's and Digital MP3 Downloads contains actual live recordings with brand NEW music and of extremely high quality and digitally mastered.

Question: What if I really like or hate a song ?
Your feedback is always appreciated and if  you like a song or don't like a song or where you do and you provide "Feedback", you may receive a free music track for helping in the feedback process.  We appreciate all feedback.

Question: I am a music record label company or radio station company, can I have a sample CD?
Yes, there is a Album CD for record labels and radio station companies  with several of the top songs, which could rank high in the music charts if it had air time.  
The sample CD does not come with any license for use, other than a Demo listening use.  Radio station companies are free to play the song over the air with proper copyright introduction.

Question: Will this CD be distributed by other companies, such as the large magic distributors?
Yes, the larger magic distributors, stores and partner websites wo register with us will carry our Music CD's and other products.  Distributor, Dealer and Store inquiries are welcome.

Question: I am a store owner that sells Magic, can I carry your Performance CD's?
Yes, click on the Stroe Stock Application and we will get your store stocked

Question: Will there be a non-performers music CD version of this for music listeners ?
Yes, however, this may be under a different label and will not include performance songs and there will be no license for use in any performances.

Question: Will there be more releases of different music CD's ?
Yes, different "themed" CDs will be released over time which may be combined into any of your performances.  If you do order the one of our CD's and like the styles, sound and  quality, you will definately want to order the other "themed" CD's which will be of the same quality.  Look for our Themed Music CD's to be released regularly.

Question: Can I Copy and Sell your Music?
NO, the license does not allow re-distribution of our music in part or whole nor master rights nor exclusive rights.  Your rights to your license is to be able to use the music in your own artistic works and performances, not to copy and sell our music, that is a violaiton of copyright law.  However, if you are a store, dealter or distributor, you can re-sell our music with our permission under our program.

Question: Do you have plans to incorporate any singing into the instrumentals.
Yes, we have plans for a female singer for some time in the future.

Question: Why does it take so long to design music?
Music is an Art and our emphisis is on total creativity and uniqueness, which is where we have excelled the most.   While it may be quick and easy to pick up and play some standard sounding music themes, that is not our goal.  You can not rush creativity, when it arrives, you know it.
